About this item
Dr. Rebecca C. Cox, PhD, of University of Colorado Boulder presents a Virtual Seminar Series Session titled: Sleep & Circadian Rhythm Interventions for Mental Health.
Accumulating evidence implicates sleep and circadian rhythm disruption in psychopathology, suggesting that sleep and circadian rhythm disruption could be important treatment targets. This talk reviews sleep and circadian medicine interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia, light therapy, interpersonal and social rhythm therapy, and the transdiagnostic intervention for sleep and circadian dysfunction, and their therapeutic effects on symptoms of psychopathology.
